Located in the historic Royal Hotel in Gundaroo, GRAZING is an award winning restaurant with a focus on the best of the Canberra District's food and wine. The restaurant has extensive kitchen gardens which provide fresh, organically grown, heirloom vegetables and fruit for the menus.
GRAZING is operated and managed by Chef Kurt Neumann and his lovely wife Tanya. "Our philosophy with food is simple: we aim to serve good size portions of great food, made with the freshest possible ingredients. We don't serve anything too fussy; just combinations of flavours and textures that appeal to the senses."
To complement the innovative menu, the restaurant offers an extensive list of our own wines as well as the finest from the Canberra District. From crisp Rieslings to mouth filling Chardonnay, or the velvety smooth complexity of Canberra Shiraz, our wine list highlights the well-deserved reputation for diversity that this region has to offer.
