Sydney Wine Dinner at Danks Street Depot
If you love wine as much as we do, you won't want to miss our upcoming dinner showcasing our wines at the incredible Danks Street Depot.
Chef Jared Ingersoll is preparing a wonderful menu, including Canberra Region truffles in order to showcase our beautiful wines.
Our upcoming dinner will give you the opportunity to try dishes inspired by our latest release wines.
Thursday 15th July 2010 6.30 for 7pm
- 2009 ‘The Whip' Riesling - Warm Root Crop Salad - salted kohl rabi, braised baby leek, emulsion of carrot, fennel and potato crisp
- 2009 ‘The Senator' Chardonnay - Ploughmans - ham and cider terrine, cheddar and raw onion salad, butter
- 2009 ‘The Ambassador' Tempranillo - Truffled Egg and Garlic - soubise of garlic greens, confit of new garlic, poached and truffled egg, crouton and truffle
- 2008 Kyeema Vineyard Reserve Merlot - Duck and Mushroom Vol au Vent - ragout of Cornucopia Farms Duck with seasonal mushrooms
- 2009 Kyeema Vineyard Reserve Shiraz - Lamb and Salt - saltbush lamb baked in a salt crust, roasted butternut pumpkin and saltbush salad, a very unsubtle white pepper dressing
- For desert, we will have seasonal fruits presented beautifully. Places are strictly limited so get in quickly.
