Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to our terms and conditions of sale as follows:

Orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch of goods. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), cheque, money order or cash.

We do not sell or supply your details to any third party under any circumstances. All credit card details are destroyed after each credit card transaction and card details are NOT kept on record.

Goods purchased by Cheque or Money Order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared (approximately 5 working days). Bank Cheques and Australian Money Orders are to me made out to Capital Wines.

If a product is out of stock we will contact you.

Damaged Goods/Incorrect Choice. We do not accept any responsibility for goods received that are broken or damaged in transit or any items that are ordered incorrectly. However, goods may be exchanged or replaced at our discretion.

Postage and Handling. The postage charges that appear when you check out is the actual postage charge. There is no handling fee or other hidden charges.

Overseas orders. Unfortunately a shipping price cannot be quoted online. We will contact you to discuss the shipping prices and your choice of shipping method. The price of shipping your parcel depends on the weight and destination.
