Step1 - Go to 'My Portal'.

Step2 - On the left black panel, click 'Communication Preferences'.

If you wish to unsubscribe to all channels:

• Disable Contact Me via Email

If you wish to unsubscribe selective channels:

• Disable each channel inside of the box under 'Contact Me via Email'
